I have been a certified personal trainer since 2008 years and has been body building since 2003. Over the duration of my employment at various facilities I have helped current and past clients achieve there fitness & weight loss goals. My clients have dropped over 1500lbs in combine body fat lbs. over the duration of my employment as a personal trainer in corporate gyms. My clients are humbling to me because they will follow me wherever I am training. It is a true testament for the desire in my heart to be second to none, I aspire to be the best personal trainer the world has ever seen. I love training, both myself and my clients. I believe that exercise can and should be fun and challenging to develop a lasting, healthy habit. I am sure that I can transfer the true joy of exercise and healthy lifestyle and all of the benefits that it has to offer to you. Some of what I specialize in is post rehab exercise, nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, weight loss and weight gain, body building, corrective exercise, functional fitness, sports training, and training for special populations.
